Refund policy
Our planning kits are digital products delivered immediately, so they are generally non-refundable once supplied. If there is a genuine problem with your order, contact us and we’ll investigate it promptly. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
When to contact us
Email us if you were charged twice, cannot access your purchase, or received a file that is faulty or materially different from its description.
Send your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the problem to hello@punjabiweddingorganizer.com. We normally reply within one business day.
Digital planning kits
Because downloadable files and lifetime access are supplied immediately, a change of mind does not automatically qualify for a refund. We will fix or replace faulty files and review billing or access problems individually.
Wedding websites
Website projects are quoted and agreed before work begins. Any cancellation or refund depends on the work already completed and the terms included with your quote. Once a website is live, completed work is not normally refundable.
Approved refunds
If we approve a refund, it is returned to the original payment method. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to show the credit after it has been issued.
