What we need from you
This is everything that goes into your wedding website. You don’t need it all before the call. But couples who gather most of it early usually go live within days. Reply to your enquiry email (or WhatsApp us) with whatever you have, in any order.
1 · The basics
- Both names as you want them written (English + ਗੁਰਮੁਖੀ if you'd like both)
- Wedding date(s), and which events the site should cover
- City & venue for each event (full address if booked)
- A password you'd like for the site (or we'll pick one)
- Custom domain wish (yournames.com) or free subdomain, undecided is fine
2 · Your story
Three to six sentences is plenty. We'll edit with you.
- How you met, in your own words
- A line about each family (bride's side & groom's side)
- Anything guests should know: the proposal, the cities you're from
3 · Every event on the site
For each ceremony: Maiyan, Mehndi, Sangeet/Jaggo, Anand Karaj, Reception…
- Date, start time, and rough end time
- Venue name + address (and parking notes if tricky)
- Dress code / colour theme, if any
- Who's invited: everyone, or close family only
- One line about what happens (for guests who've never attended one)
4 · Photos
Phone-quality is genuinely fine. Recent and well-lit beats professional.
- 5–15 couple photos (engagement shoot if you have one)
- A favourite for the home page (landscape works best)
- Optional: a few family photos for the story section
- Send via WhatsApp or a Google Drive/Photos link, whatever's easiest
5 · Travel & stay (for NRI guests)
- Nearest airport(s) and the city guests should fly into
- 2–3 hotels you recommend (with booking links or block codes if you have them)
- Taxi / pickup guidance: what you'd tell a cousin landing at midnight
6 · Optional extras
- Registry or shagun preference (many couples write 'your blessings are enough')
- Livestream link for the Anand Karaj, if planned
- Song requests / DJ form. Want one on the site?
- Wedding hashtag
- Any FAQ you keep answering on WhatsApp. We'll put it on the site
